Mikael Pisnoy

A marketing strategist with over a decade of experience building brands that actually connect—with results to back it up.

 

He’s led strategy for global giants like Starbucks, Nike, and Google, with expertise across organic social, paid ads, SEO, and every piece of omni-channel marketing—spanning e-commerce, retail, tech, and hospitality.

 

Before launching BRANCHED, Mikael spent years traveling across the globe, becoming a guest at hundreds of food and beverage greats. From late-night ramen counters in Tokyo to neighborhood cafés in London, he experienced what makes hospitality truly unforgettable and built real relationships with the people behind it.

He founded BRANCHED to bring that same level of strategy and execution to small restaurants, bars, and cafés—businesses that deserve standout marketing without the corporate fluff or bloated budgets.

Michael Catiis

Michael Catiis is a hospitality systems expert with deep experience across high-volume bars, cocktail lounges, hotels, and full-service restaurants—managing operations for businesses ranging from $2.5M to $15M in annual revenue.

 

After becoming one of the highest-paid craft cocktail bartenders in the world, he shifted into consulting and operations to drive bigger impact—leading openings, streamlining service models, training teams, and building systems that actually work.

 

Whether launching a new concept or leveling up an existing one, Michael brings operational clarity, structured momentum, and a sharp eye for the details that move the needle—from inventory and menu strategy to guest experience and team development.

 

He co-founded BRANCHED to bring that same level of insight to hospitality brands ready to tighten their systems and scale with purpose.
